VSAP Builders Holdings, the holding company of VSAP, has recently acquired Insight Multi-Mining Development Corporation (IMDC). IMDC is involved in the mining of gold and magnetite. It has over 400 hectares of mining area spanning the municipalities of Paracale and Jose Panganiban in the province of Camarines Norte, Philippines.
